Recruitment & Selection – Responding to the NDIS World
This essential workshop will provide you with a wealth of practical knowledge to ensure you select the best possible candidates. The course will
- Explain the legislation and principles of recruitment and selection in WA;
- Provide practical knowledge to ensure your process is structured to select staff who will make a positive contribution;
- Highlight the many important stages and do’s and don’ts of the recruitment process.
Course participants will be able to confidently apply their learnings immediately in the workplace.
On completion of the course participants will be able to:-
Demonstrate a knowledge of how to conduct recruitment and selection processes;
Understand contemporary recruitment practices, concepts, tools and techniques used to recruit the best person; and
Understand and apply the employment instruments that apply to recruitment in Western Australia.
Who should attend
Managers and Coordinators in small to medium organisations, employees who will be managing a selection process or contributing to a selection panel. This includes people self-managing, line managers and coordinators of small or medium organisations.
