Streams
NDS WA provides Professional Development training to resource and inspire the West Australian disability sector and to assist disability organisations to achieve their objectives. A calendar of events in five key streams is offered:
Clinical Practice
Covers a range of topics aimed at therapy and allied health professionals.
Frontline
This stream is for disability support workers and first level supervisors.
Management
Management topics including leadership, change management, human resources and financial management.
Governance
The governance stream is designed for senior management and Board members, covering governance with a focus on ensuring quality board processes.
Policy
Provides regular updates on policy topics of interest to the disability sector.
