NDS WA is undertaking a project, funded by DSC, to support both metropolitan and regional service providers to improve training in the sector. NDS has appointed David Rogers as the Disability Sector Training Liaison Coordinator. The aim of the project is to:
provide advice to the Disability Services Commission on priority needs for specialist training that cannot be delivered/funded via the community-based system.
This new role has been established following a recommendation in the Sector Health Check Committee (SHCC) report
