- discuss how to embedding principles of choice and control into organisational policies, procedures, practices and culture
- explore the nuts and bolts process of creating organisational cultural change
- highlight the importance and value of supporting choice and control in the current reform environment and
- provide real examples and case studies of how organisations have implemented broad change and how these changes have benefitted the organisation, its staff and the people being supported.
