Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in this interactive, dynamic workshop facilitated by Liz Forsyth (KPMG Lead Partner Social Policy and Deputy Chair KPMG Australia). 

During the workshop Liz will:

  • discuss how to embedding principles of choice and control into organisational policies, procedures, practices and culture
  • explore the nuts and bolts process of creating organisational cultural change
  • highlight the importance and value of supporting choice and control in the current reform environment and
  • provide real examples and case studies of how organisations have implemented broad change and how these changes have benefitted the organisation, its staff and the people being supported.

This workshop is targeted to senior staff within disability sector organisations, in particular people working in human resources, finance, operations, and management.
