Values and Leadership Brand Workshop

NDS WA members are invited to nominate staff to participate in a one-off ‘Values and Leadership Brand Workshop’ being facilitated by Leadership WA as part of the Quality Service Improvement Grants program. 

The workshop will actively engage participants to develop leadership skills and awareness of their personal and organisation’s values to explore the role values play in providing quality services to people with disability. Participants will also have the opportunity to: 

• Develop their understanding of values based leadership
• Develop and define a personal leadership brand
• Establish personal work place goals for the next year related to improving the quality of services provided to people with disability. Also understanding how these goals align with organisation goals, and at a broader level, goals and reforms in the disability sector.

 Who should attend 

Team leaders and middle managers within disability service organisations are encouraged to participate in this workshop. 

There are limited places available, as such organisations are asked to nominate no more than 2 people to attend.
