Outcomes Based Contracting
Understand outcomes based contracting reforms and consider case studies learn to prepare tenders within an outcomes based model.
Outcomes measurement will assume greater importance as individualised service models are adopted and a specific National Disability Standard on Individual Outcomes is introduced. NDS WA and the Department of Finance are once again presenting an Outcomes Based Contracting workshop to assist the sector respond effectively.
Focussing on the 2nd round of the Individual Funding Contract, this workshop will assist organisations to:-
- Understand the current outcomes based contracting reforms;
- Prepare tenders within an outcomes based contracting model; and
- Define and measure outcomes.
