ER/IR Update

Join us as Simon Bibby, Senior Employee Relations Consultant at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) provides an update on amendments to the Fair Work Act.

Simon’s presentation will cover amendments relating to:-

  • Right to request flexible working arrangements
  • Consultation about changes to rosters or working
  • Anti Bullying measures
  • Right of entry.

This informative session will firstly focus on the actual change proposed and then consider the practical implications of the changes for your organisation.  This will be followed by the opportunity for discussion where Simon will be joined by Erica Gallagher, General Manager, Strategic Workforce Issues at The Centre for Cerebral Palsy to answer questions and discuss issues raised in the session.

Line managers, co-ordinators, human resources staff, operations managers and any other staff who need to be aware of the impacts of Fair Work Act provisions.
