Introduction to Person Centred Organisations
Person Centred Thinking provides practical ways to honour the fact that people supported by services want real choices and the responsibility to choose the best possible lifestyle with the support that they need.
This informative session will provide managers and staff with an introduction to person centred thinking skills. The day will be an opportunity to explore the applications of each skill to different roles, and will allow participants to explore the broader implications of this approach for the organisation.
