Setting Personal and Professional Boundaries
This workshop provides an overview of how you can draw the line between your personal and professional lifestyles.
Does this sound familiar? It could be you, a colleague or one of your staff:
- I get over involved with the people I support;
- I sometimes lie awake at night worrying about what I have done or not done at work;
- I think some of my colleagues are too distant from the people they are supposed to be supporting;
- I am sometimes unsure who I am really supporting;
- I am often torn between the needs of the person I support, their family and my own organisation; and
- I am sometimes overwhelmed by the expectations placed upon me.
If so, this seminar is for you!
Who should attend
This workshop is a must for all support workers.
