Financial Reporting and Management for NFP’s
In this session, Professor David Gilchrist will review the practical aspects of financial sustainability and financial reporting within an organisation as well as the financial reporting requirements established by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Providing practical examples and looking at some key indicators for managers, CEOs and directors, David will address issues such as compliance, board reporting, weekly financial control, budgeting and some taxation issues.
