“Management Essentials” Skills Development Program

The skills of the line manager are crucial in the effective and efficient running of organisations.  Managers can have a major impact on the quality of services delivered to clients by optimising an organisation’s most valuable resource, its staff.

This action learning program will explore the issues around managing staff, dealing with conflicts, building teams, performance management and managing your time. The exact program content will be customised to suit the needs of each participant and based on real issues in each participant’s workplace.

To facilitate action learning, the programme will run over four (4) days. Each session will end with participants deciding upon a statement of action that each will undertake in their own workplace before the next session. Between the four contact days, the course facilitator will provide coaching support (via phone or email) for participants to increase their professional skills as they apply their learning in real workplace situations and undertake their nominated action.

Who Should Attend:

Are you a supervisor, team leader or manager who wants to increase your skills and make more of a difference for the workers, individuals, families and carers that you directly or indirectly support?

To find out more about this exciting professional and career development opportunity, please contact Neil who will be happy to discuss the program’s potential for you.  Neil can be contacted via email or by phoning 0402 222 540.
