Values in a Crazy Busy World
Values are something that we aspire to. Our values are what get us up in the morning and commit us to doing the work that we love to do. It can be a challenge though to maintain our values when the phone is buzzing and the emails are humming! This workshop is designed for you to step out from your busy day and reflect on what you are doing and why you may be doing it. We will examine who we are working for and why. Are we being intentional in our work? Is there a gap to what we claim to do and what we actually do?
We will explore values conflict and consider strategies for keeping it real in our everyday world.
Please bring along your organisations stated Goals/Missions/Values on the day.
