NDIS Provider Toolkit Workshop

The NDIS Provider Toolkit (the Toolkit) is an essential resource for organisations transitioning to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Since 2014 the Toolkit has been used by organisations to rate the degree to which their business practices are fully optimised for the NDIS. 

The Toolkit includes:

• a self-assessment tool,  organisations rate their level of ‘readiness’ against 7 key business domains
• a key financial tool, which provides a snapshot of an organisation’s financial position via ratios on disability revenue concentration, liquidity, debt and sustainability.

Completing the Toolkit online generates a number of planning resources that have been enhanced in the 2016 version:

• a gap analysis of your capacity against your desired position
• a benchmark report, providing a comparison against your previous reports and like providers, and
• an editable NDIS development plan

Full day introductory Workshop:

This is a hands on workshop aimed at promoting the use of the Toolkit with Western Australian providers, highlight the features and benefits, and provide practical support. The workshop will cover:

-          the benefits of using the Toolkit for your organisation

-          how to register & use the functionality or the Toolkit

-          review approaches on to how to undertake the self-assessment

-          a review of available resources complimenting the Toolkit

-          practical examples of the application and outcomes in using the resources

-          Q&A session
