Essential Governance Update
In this practical presentation, David Gilchrist will be examining the recent changes to state and Commonwealth law affecting NFPs and Charities as well as looking at the future direction of governance in Australia. The ramifications of the Associations Incorporations Act 2015 and changes to reporting laws will be reviewed alongside some practical responses that can be made by organisations in order to comply efficiently and effectively as well as how they can prepare for change that is coming in the short to medium term.
