Rhythm and the Brain Workshop

The ‘Rhythm and the Brain’ workshop introduces practitioners to the growing field of rhythm based therapy which has developed from an improved understanding of the way the brain responds to trauma. These exercises represent an example of the types of interventions now considered ‘best practice’ for people working with the victims of trauma.
