This course is designed for workers in the Disability Sector to help them define, establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships in the workplace.

• Understanding why boundaries are so important in the community services sector
• Being aware of why boundary violations occur
• Developing strategies for establishing boundaries at work
• Discussing ways of responding to a variety of scenarios
