Emotional Resilience: Riding Changes Without Feeling Overwhelmed

We all work in a frantic, constantly changing, and stressful disability sector. How does anyone cope with this and stay emotionally fit and well? Come along to this dynamic and practical workshop, and find out.

Uncover the three pillars of emotional resilience you need to ride the waves of change. Learn what actions to take to be emotionally fit so that when problems arise you are less overwhelmed or affected by them.

You will learn how to stay motivated, positive and relaxed in a stressful and changing NDIS world, so that you flourish, meet your priorities and still achieve your goals. Pressure and change cannot be avoided, crumpling under pressure can.

  1. Gain unique insights into the three pillars of emotional resilience you need to thrive.
  2. Increase your ability to handle stress and live a happier life.
  3. Practical strategies that anyone can do to build more joy, delight and optimism in their lives.
  4. Find more energy and exuberance when things keep changing.
  5. Practical easy ways to calm anger, anxiety and irritation.
  6. How to self-calm quickly if you do become overwhelmed, upset, angry or frustrated.
  7. Getting your positivity-negativity ratio right so you thrive in tough times.
  8. How not to spiral down into negativity, gloom and doom even when others are doing so.
  9. The power of your mind - how to keep it calm.
  10. Develop your personal resilience and emotional self-care plan.
