The NDIS and My Way have been discussed within the Sector for some time now with trials being conducted in WA of both models. Service delivery, costing and pricing and other aspects of managerial impact have been examined at length. What has not been examined in any great detail is the impacts for directors of these two systems. What processes, reporting arrangements and areas should you focus on to ensure ongoing sustainability and that you fulfil your responsibilities to stakeholders? This presentation will examine these issues.
