Performance Management in the New World
The aim of this workshop is to help those supervising staff to deal effectively with the performance of their team. As well as giving people the knowledge of how to deal with situations, the workshop also covers factors that lead to poor performance such as how the work is allocated and effective coaching skills.
As team leaders, supervisors and managers, you need staff to achieve significant outcomes for your organisation’s programmes and services with sometimes limited resources. Success in achieving outcomes relies in part on the ability of leaders to manage the performance of their staff / volunteers. Many managers find much of their valuable time and productivity is eroded by the need to repeatedly handle under -performance of staff. This workshop will provide guidance and strategies on how to manage staff performance.
The group will experience a variety of learning techniques to ensure an optimum learning environment, engage them and help them to take away what’s most important for them.
