Self Directed Services
This workshop looks at how self directed support has worked to date for people and families in the UK. Focusing on what people and families have found did and did not work in the UK, it aims to explore the role of people and families in WA as self directed support develops. The workshop will include lots of examples of how people are directing their support and what this is like in reality.

About the Facilitator:
Kate Fulton has worked for many years in human services in the UK, working for a range of development agencies including Paradigm and Inclusion North. Kate is a Fellow of the Centre for Welfare Reform and continues to develop and explore innovative person centred approaches with individuals, families and organisations.
