GreenApple Respite Services, a division of Workpower, provides a respite service to carers of people with a disability; autism, intellectual disability and mental illness. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will use your leadership and organisational skills to support and supervise the team to achieve program targets, and your program management experience, to grow and develop programs that meet the needs of Carers and recipients. To be successful you will bring relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. You will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills and have an ability to develop both programs and staff incorporating a person centred approach. You will have experience managing budgets, strong conflict resolution skills and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
