Position: Program Coordinator
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to work out of our Midland based office. This is a hands on position which will require the successful applicant to take full control of the day to day activities allocated. Applicants will be required to supply a separate up to date CV with 2 references, along with an address to the following selection criteria (no more than 4 pages): • Relevant tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 4 years experience in the disability sector. • Strong organisational skills particularly in regard to the effective daily operations of a service, including co-ordination of teams. • Ability to work with people who present with challenging behaviours and designing individual programs that support the development of positive behaviours. • Demonstrated skills and experience in managing change.
