Position: Supervisor - Property Care
Job Overview: Fixed-term Position - 6 months Midland Location Activ Property Care A fantastic opportunity exists for a pro-active person who is keen to invest in their own development and that of the team they will lead. Activ Property Care provides property maintenance and general gardening for Government and Commercial Enterprises. This is a full time, hands-on role responsible for ensuring the development of supported employees whilst meeting contractual obligations. You will achieve this by planning daily work allocation; identifying vocational training needs and implementing programs; undertaking daily reporting, task analysis and annual assessments, whilst ensuring health and safety practices and quality outcomes are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Horticultural Trade Certificate or relevant experience in a similar role; Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, train and lead a team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Effective time management and problem solving skills; Knowledge of Health and Safety practices; A current ‘C' Class driver's licence; A current First Aid Certificate.
