Position: Supervisor
Job Overview: • Embleton Location • Full-Time Position • Production Environment We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and service-orientated individual who demonstrates a practical approach to their work and is a contributing team member. You will adopt a hands-on approach to training, supervising and working with a team of supported employees with a disability, helping them achieve their full potential whilst ensuring production targets and quality requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess: • Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, train and lead a team; • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to keep accurate records; • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team; • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines; • Knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures; • Experience supporting people with a Disability an advantage; • Experience within a production environment desirable; • Current First Aid Certificate desirable.
