Advanced level workshops provide an analysis of the key issues that government agencies and NFPs need to understand in moving toward outcomes based procurement. Workshops will look at linkages between outcomes and costing, pricing, scoping and reporting. A key focus is to share national and international developments as well as provide practical examples of the work that is underway in Western Australia across both the government and NFP sectors. Discussions on key issues and strategies, and the creation of networks for exploring and developing outcomes based procurement will be a highlight of these sessions. |
