The “Making Sense of Strategy: The Strategic and Business Planning Road Map” is a 2 day intensive program designed to provide a range of tried and tested leadership and strategy concepts. The program aims to accelerate the skills of community sector managers and Board Members to enable them to conduct a rigorous strategic planning process. The program combines the best insights from research and case studies, tested in the context of hands-on, experiential learning and team challenges. Throughout the program, participants will be required to participate in ‘syndicate’ team activities which will involve a distinctive combination of discussion and hands-on strategic planning activities.
