COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This workshop will provide organisations with an overview of what to consider when developing your offer price. It will address governance principles, understanding financial statements, pricing for financial sustainability, and costing of services. Presented by 2020 Global in conjunction with FaCS.
TOPICS INCLUDE:

• How to identify if you require business policy and process changes in your organisation;
• How to apply financial government principles to your own organisation and identify areas for improvement;
• Understanding the importance of good record keeping and financial reporting; and
• How to consider your organisation’s sustainability with regard to pricing.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Staff from not-for-profit community services organisations that are currently, or are interested in, providing community services on behalf of State Government.
