Costing & Pricing Forum
In this practical and strategically orientated session, Professor David Gilchrist, Director of the Curtin Not-for-profit Initiative will review the issues relevant to boards, CEOs and senior management in relation to costing and pricing in the Disability Sector. Building on the work done by the Curtin Not-for-profit Initiative, David will consider the practicalities of costing and pricing, the strategic management of the relationship with funders and the medium term financial strategies that the organisation might consider. Overall, this is intended to be a practical session focused on the financial management and risks associated with the new arrangements.
