Challenging conversations arise in every workplace, with clients, colleagues and the community.  Our ability to communicate clearly and calmly when the heat is on can minimise conflict and maximise the chances of achieving a positive outcome. 

This one day workshop is packed with tools and techniques for improving your communication in tricky situations, including how to get your message across without damaging relationships.
