Facilitating meetings and groups can be a tricky business requiring a mixture of knowledge and skill. Why is it that some people seem to do it with ease.   This course will give you a sound theory base as well as some useful tricks to have up your sleeve if things get difficult.

By the end of the course participants will:

• Have an understanding of group processes
• Have and understanding of roles played in groups
• Have an understanding of the skills required to facilitate a group
• Have practices group facilitation skills
• Have a toolbox to take home
• Be aware of future development needs in group facilitation
