Person Centred Thinking

Person Centred Thinking provides practical ways to honour the fact that people supported by services want real choices and the responsibility to choose the best possible lifestyle with the support that they need.

This two-day course will provide you with an in-depth view of the skills you will need to support your staff to embed.  Practical ways of embedding values based approaches will be covered through tools and exercises along with facilitated discussions of the strategic implications of Person Centred Thinking.

What past participants have said:-

“Excellent presenter – thank you Deb!”

“Discussion and practise using personal experience – perfect to really understand the philosophy of person centred thinking.”

“Deb was a great facilitator – her evident passion for her work is addictive!”

“The presenter was knowledgeable and willing and able to impart that knowledge.”
