Procurement Reform: NDS Costing & Pricing Tool Demonstration – Peak Organizations and Disability Ser

The session will spend some time looking at NFP specific costing usages and research outcomes, the Tool developed by Curtin and NDS and will also allow for discussion.

Costing and Pricing has been a central issue for peak bodies in Western Australia since the publication of the State Government's Economic Audit Committee report. As the government and the broader not-for-profit sector have worked towards the new world of procurement, peak bodies have sought to resolve issues pertinent to their constituents at a practical level. The purpose of this session is for Professor David Gilchrist of Curtin University's School of Accounting to introduce participants to the solutions developed by Curtin and NDS and to provide an opportunity for peaks to discuss their experience and explore practical issues.
