Improving Customer Engagement in the NDIS

This practical workshop is designed to build the capacity of organisations to improve their customer’s experience by improving engagement.

Attendees will learn about person centred marketing.  You will use a range of business intelligence tools to gather staff insights and customer experiences that can be used in customer service, marketing, quality improvement and business planning. 

Who Should Attend

This workshop will be particularly useful for marketing, customer engagement and relationship managers or other staff with responsibility for continuous improvement of the customer experience.
