Unleashing potential: Lessons in organisational and workforce innovation from across the globe

Self-managed teams are hot – its promise is that employees think like managers, keen to deliver on the organisation’s mission and be accountable for its outcomes. Organisations around the globe demonstrate the everyday reality of this alternative way of working that produces high levels of engagement, collaboration and innovation that produce superior results.

Visiting Australia from the Netherlands, international guests “The Corporate Rebels" quit their frustrating, corporate jobs and set out to travel the globe to visit the world’s most engaging organisations.

If you've realised your business would benefit from evolving the ways in which people work, you are on the right track. But changing a company doesn’t happen overnight.

During this interactive masterclass, the Corporate Rebels will share their main discoveries and lessons learnt from pioneers around the world and translate it into tangible actions for you, your team, and your organisation without the corporate “bull”. Just listening and talking is not going to change the way you work so there will be practical experiments in which best practices are translated into actionable steps - from trends to best practices, and from tools to successful transformation stories this event is not to be missed.
