Writing Winning Business Cases and Proposals

Do you have a great idea? Is there a new program which could change the lives of your clients? Would you like to change the way your organisation delivers services? Can you see a way to simplify the way you do business? Do you have an idea for a social enterprise or a fee-for-service program to generate new revenue?

We all have ideas, but we usually don’t have enough time to put all our ideas into action. So how do we decide which ideas are strong enough to be worth the time and effort of going through to the next stage? You need a business case.

Whatever your idea is, if it’s going to ever become a reality, you need to find a way to share it with other people and bring them along on the journey. This one-day seminar will help you write a compelling business case or proposal to help everyone else understand why your idea is so awesome.

Bring your ideas, and you will leave with a clear understanding of the basic elements of a compelling business case and how to jump your idea through the hoops to figure out if it’s really good enough to become a reality.
