Presenter:  Marianne Dravnieks 

Marianne Dravnieks is the Principal Consultant at Make the Difference Consulting and Coaching.  She has over 30 years’ experience working in organisations.  Her diverse experience includes all aspects of people management including business partnering, change management, organisational development and managing HR teams.  Prior to establishing Make the Difference she was the General Manager of HR at an ASX 300 listed mining organisation.  She is passionate about aligning business needs with the best people have to offer in order to deliver great outcomes.
