The past year has continued to be one of profound change. The scale and nature of change to the community services sector, particularly the disability sector, is well known.

Learn more about Leading Change in Mission Based Organisations with highly respected consultant Dee Roche and senior leader Sue Ash AO at our last Hot Topics breakfast for the year.

Dee will share the key ingredients for leading change, her strategies for leading change in times of complexity and discuss the internal emotional impact of the transition process.

Sue undertook a three week study leave in September 2015 and the resulting paper draws together key policy changes that are impacting not for profit organisations and individuals committed to making a positive contribution to the community in which they live and work.  Sue will discuss emerging themes for missional organisations transitioning into a market environment, including the importance of mission whilst leading through change.
